June 6 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training on the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Law on Obligations”.
Topics to be discussed are: termination of the contracts with the parties’ consent, termination of the contract when the subject ceases to exist, termination of the contract with annulments, relatively invalid contracts, absolutely invalid contracts, dissolving of contracts because of non-enforcement, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
