June 7 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the Newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting training on the module of the “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module on the “Property rights and other real rights”.
Topics to be covered in this training are: notion of the co-ownership and joint property, rights and obligation of the co-owners, the right to apportioning, termination of the co-ownership, joint property of the heirs over the inherited mass, the right to property in floors, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges of generation VII, 2019-2020.
