September 5 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program from the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on Personal and inter-disciplinary skills” i.e. the sub-module on Professional Ethics.
Topics that are being covered are as below: Judicial ethics – History of the Codes of Ethics, historical evolution of the Ethics – main schools of ethics philosophy, responsibility and disciplinary measures for judges/ prosecutors in different historical periods, Code of Ethics – a tool to guarantee integrity of judges/ prosecutors, as well as disciplinary means, normative sources of Ethics.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
