TPP Appellate Prosecutors powers

On January 29 and 30, 2013, KJI within the Training Program for Promotion conducted a two-day training on the module “Appellate Prosecutors powers”.
During the training were highlighted the essential violations of provisions of the criminal procedure as well as the appeal as a regular legal remedy. Particularly focused on issues such as; complaints when not lapsed, the persons authorized to exercise the appeal, the appellate prosecutor's powers regarding the appeal filed by the prosecutor and appellate prosecutor's role in the hearing session of the college at the second instance or judicial review.

The beneficiaries of this training were prosecutors, professional associates and administrators, from the Appellate Prosecution Office.
