On 18 January 2010, The Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a seminar for Minor Offence Court. The topics that were treated during this seminar were related to the content and scope of the Law on Public Peace and Order, the importance of the sanction measures during the minor offence procedure against juveniles. Especially were treated the specifics and novelties of the law and other related issues. This seminar was characterized by interactive discussion of the participants, where the participants benefited addition explanation related to the interpretation of the legal provisions of the Law no Public Peace and Order. The beneficiaries of this seminar were judges of the Minor Offence Court and Kosovo Police Officers.
