On 19 January 2010, the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion under the topic: “Duties and Powers of Public Prosecutor”.During this session were elaborated topics related to the duties and powers of public prosecutor in authorizing the police to conduct criminal investigations and other issues related to the collection of the evidences. During this roundtable were also discussed the relationship between prosecution and custom under which falls the investigation unit including the court where the evidences will be presented and confirmed, during this roundtable was emphasized the infunctionality of the judicial police which was considered as a great problem for right function of the prosecutions and courts.
