On 4 February 2010, a workshop under the topic “Contract on Sale of Goods according to the Law on Obligations and Vienna Convention” was held.
The subjects treated in the due course mainly focused on the contract on sale of goods according to the LO and Vienna Convention, legal grounds, features, (contractual parties, object of the contract) and the prescription periods pursuant to the trade law. The session in question developed through an interactive discussion and working group breakouts.
The beneficiaries of the respective training were civil law judges and professional associates from all regions of Kosovo.
