On February 16, 2010, a roundtable discussion dedicated to the minor offence field was held.
The issues treated during this training focused on the novelties and gaps of the Law on Traffic Safety on Roads and its positive and negative impact in the practical application.
A special attention was paid to the fleeing of juveniles from the spot of the accident, analysis of traffic accidents and structure of the expertise, which serves as a relevant evidence concerning the confirmation of the factual situation, in court.
The beneficiaries of the respective training were minor offence judges from several regions.
