On 16-17 September 2019, at the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program of newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training sessions under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code, submodule: “Initiation of formal investigations and criminal procedure”.
Issues that will be treated during this training are: Covert and technical measures of investigation and surveillance, conditions for application of covert investigation measures, witnesses and their proceeding during investigation stage, privileged witnesses, as well as witnesses released from the obligation to testify.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
