On 19-20 September 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing a training on module: “international and national legal order – ECHR”.
Issues that will be treated during this training are: Article 6.1 of the European Convention on Human Rights, right of access to judges, independence and impartiality of courts, a court established “By law as well as Articles 6.2 and 6.3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Newly Appointed Judges (Generation VII), 2019-2020.
