On September 27, 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (VII generation), is organizing a training under the module: "National and International Legal Order", under the module: "Constitutional Law".
Topics covered are: Sources of Constitutional Law and the role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo - Procedures and decisions, the methodology, necessary means, sources of Constitutional Law and the role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo - Procedures and decisions, as well as pre-trial referral.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
