On 30 September 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) , is developing two training sessions under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule “Initiation of formal investigation and criminal procedure”.
Topics that will be delivered during these trainings are: seizure and sequestration as procedural action during investigation, research, sequestration and confiscation.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
