On 25 October 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing a training on: “Legislation and additional skills”. Submodule: “Law on Minor Offense”.
Issues to be treated in this training are: minor offenses and judgement on minor offense cases, minor offense law, definition of minor offense law and criminal law, as well as the elements of minor offense cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
