November 4-5 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on “Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Defendant in criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be elaborated are: defendant subject to criminal proceeding, legal meaning of the term “defendant”, statement of the defendant as a proof, defendant’s rights and obligations during criminal proceeding.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
