November 14-15 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing training from the module on “Legislation and additional skills”, i.e. the sub-module “Law on minor offences”.
Issues to be elaborated are: initiation and development of minor offence procedures, decision according to requests for developing minor offence procedures, termination of the minor offence procedure and procedure upon Appeal.
Beneficiaries of this training are newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
