On 20 November 2008 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion on extraordinary legal remedies.
The issues that were discussed during this training focused on extraordinary legal remedies with special emphasis on the request for protection of lawfulness and extraordinary mitigation of the punishment. Special attention was paid to the difficulties which arise during the resolution of cases that fall under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
The beneficial of this training were judges and prosecutors of all the regions of Kosovo.
