On 26 November 2008, at the Kosovo Judicial Institute was held the regular meeting of the Approval Committee for Juvenile Guidance on the Diversion Measures. The respective guidance manuals are being drafted by local experts, supported by UNICEF.The Approval Committee is consisted by the following institutions: Kosovo Judicial Council, Supreme Court of Kosovo, Ministry of Justice, Kosovo Prosecution Office, Kosovo Judicial Institute and Probation Service.
The manuals in question intend to provide guidance to judges, prosecutors and other professionals dealing with juvenile delinquency.
