On 05 December 2008, Kosovo Judicial Institute organized the training session dedicated to the lay-judges of Mitrovica region. The subjects that were presented for discussion during this seminar were focused on the practical aspects and the role of the lay-judges during the Civil, Procedure, Criminal Procedure Juvenile Justice Procedure and Code of Ethics for lay-judges, including the lay–judge’s status on the ethical and professional aspect.
The beneficial of this training were lay judges of Mitrovica region.
