On 04 December 2008, Kosovo Judicial Institute organised the training activity, in the form of simulation of a trial, on the civil law under the topic of “Confirmation of the right to passing Servitude”. The simulation in question was conducted pursuant provisions of the New Law on the Contested Procedure. The subject of the respective session was the simulation of a case from the judicial practice, which was treated from the pre-trial proceedings through the main hearing. The objective of this simulation was to practically prove the concrete actions of the judge during the site-inspection and the expertise of geodesy expert on the disputable real estate.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned training session were civil law judges from the Prishtina region and professional associates.
