On 28 January 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion on civil law under the topic “testament based on the inheritance” The subjects that were presented for discussion during the aforementioned session were focused on the issues related to the: grounds for the testamentary inheritance, exclusion from the compulsory part of the hereditary property, legal nature of the compulsory share and decrease of the testamentary dispositions and return of gifts. A special attention was paid to the cases from the court practice, (through the illustrative examples).
The purpose of this roundtable was also to present the best practices in order to avoid the dilemmas occurred during the judicial practice.
The beneficial of this roundtable were judged of civil field from all regions of Kosovo.
