On 10 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a workshop for judges of Minor Offence Courts under the topic: “Compilation of the request by competent body” during this workshop was elaborated the compilation and content of the request by the competent body and the practical work of its compilation, description of the factual state, legal qualification, collection of the evidences. Special attention was paid to the description of the factual state and its importance as well as the collection of evidences with the special emphasis on diagram cases or photography’s of the place of occurrence.
Beneficial of this workshop were judges of Minor Offence Courts and Kosovo Police Service.
