On 26 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a workshop on criminal law under the topic “Examination of the Defendant”. The subjects that were treated during this roundtable were focused on the: harmonization of the advanced practices and elimination of dilemmas which arise during the examination of the defendant by the public prosecutor and police. The training in question were conducted through an interactive discussion and treatment of cases from the judicial practice aiming to eliminate gaps and eventual disadvantages which may arise during the judicial practice.
Beneficial of this roundtable were judges and prosecutors of all regions of Kosovo and Kosovo Police Service.
