On 19 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized training on civil law under the topic “Construction Contract”. The topics that were elaborated during this training were focused on the issues related to the Additional work not foreseen by basic contract, annex of the contract, construction on the basis of final handover of keys construction project and construction license. Special attention was paid to the difficulties faced by judged during their practical work on implementation of legal provisions.
Beneficial of this training were judges of civil field of all regions of Kosovo.
