On February 13, 2013, KJI conducted one-day training from the module on the trade and commercial law on “Trade Organizations”.
The purpose of this training was to become familiar with the competence of judges of commercial affairs department according to the Law on the Court and the establishment of best practices in terms of proper implementation of the provisions of the Law on Trade Organizations regulating profitable business activity in Kosovo.
During the training, were pointed out the basic concepts of the Law on Trade Companies and best practice and standards of the European Union on this issue. There were also addressed trade associations, legal nature, types, registration, governance principles and responsibilities of these organizations.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges from the commercial issues department of the Basic Court in Prishtina.
