November 26-27 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program (CTP) with the support of GIZ – Legal and Administrative Reform Project is conducting the mandatory training on Professional Ethics for members of the Investigation panel – 2nd group.
This training is covering the following: Code of professional ethics for judges and prosecutors – basic principles, Regulation on professional misconduct, definition of misconduct categorization of misconduct, and disciplinary measures. This training was designed to elaborate on the aforementioned topics and intersect them with practical cases, and present the practice of solving these dilemmas.
Beneficiaries of this two-days training are members of the Investigation Panel – 2nd group.
