Reasoning of judicial decisions

On November 29, 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial training for newly appointed judges (VII Generation), is organizing a training under the module: "Personal and interdisciplinary skills", specifically under the module: "Reasoning of judicial decisions".

Topics to be addressed are: Specifying which of these facts have been established, and the reasons for establishing those facts, the substantive law provisions applicable to the issuance of the judgment, and the parties' allegations regarding the legal basis of the dispute, as well as their proposals and objections for which the court did not justify the decisions previously taken in the proceedings.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
