On 06 October 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute, supported by the USAID/NCSC, conducted a special training course for its staff members. The content of the respective course aimed the professional capacity building, effective performance of duties and increase of work efficiency. The subjects treated during the aforementioned session focused mainly on the duty performance on daily basis, teamwork, time management and the concept of being creative at work. In addition to, each staff member had the chance to present his/her ideas contributing to the further evolvement of the Kosovo Judicial Institute.
