December 23 -24 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two sessions from the sub-module on “negotiation of the plea bargaining agreement”.
Topics being covered in this training are: definition of the plea bargaining agreement, initiation of the procedure for negotiation of the plea bargaining agreements, and how to negotiate the agreement for pleading guilty.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
