On 06 January 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is developing a training session under the submodule: “Statutory Limitation”.
Topics to be delivered during this training are: the meaning of statutory limitation, legal nature of the of the statutory limitation and duration of the statutory limitation of criminal prosecution according Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
