January 8, 9 and 10 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training under the sub-module: “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics to be elaborated are: Criminal Code from Chapter XXVII, robbery Article 325 of the CCRK, crimes from chapter XXVII, misappropriation of movable property Article 331 of CCRK, fraud from Article 335 of CCRK, crimes from Chapter XXVII and organized crime Article 283 of CCRK.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
