On 30 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is organizing a training session under the module: “Use of legal remedies”.
Topics to be addressed are: drafting of the appeal by the state prosecutor against the rulings of the pre-trial judge, single trial judge, presiding judge after holding the initial hearing or juvenile judge and writing of legal acts by state prosecutor.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Prosecutors (VIII Generation), 2019-2020.
