On 13 October 2009, was conducted a Roundtable Discussion under the topic: “Reopening of the Criminal Proceedings”. The subjects treated within the scope of the respective session focused on the practical overview of legal conditions required for the reopening of the criminal proceedings and modification of the final judgment. Therefore, prior of entering into the core of the subject matter, a thorough analysis was conducted on different cases from the judicial practice and exchange of experiences, the purpose of which was to identify and eliminate the troublesome issues encountered during the practice.
