On 03 November 2009, a workshop on the Civil Law under the topic “Parties in the Procedure” was implemented. The subjects treated in the course of this event focused on the issues relating the: role and importance of a temporary representative, legal representative and authorized representative to the parties during the court proceedings. A special attention was paid to the discussion about the representation of parties during the contested law procedure, procedure and appointment of a representative to the legal persons as well as the rendering of a ruling on the appointment of the respective representatives to the parties. The beneficiaries of the respective training were civil law judges and lawyers from all regions of Kosovo.
