On 29 September 2012, in continuation of the region activities, KJI conducted a roundtable discussion on: “Criminal Code of Kosovo”.
As a result of this session the participants will be able to:
- Identify the main novelties of the Criminal Code;
- Distinguish the amount of punishment included in the Criminal Code;
- Identify new criminal offences included in the Criminal Code;
During this roundtable were presented the novelties of the Criminal Code where was emphasized new criminal offences added to the code and penal sanctions foreseen for these offences which make the difference between the new code with the previous one. During this session the participants had the opportunity to hear about all changes and supplements of the new code.
Beneficiaries of this session were judges and prosecutors from Prizren region.
