Training for Professional Associates

On 9 November 2012, KJI within the Program for other professionals of the Judicial and Prosecutorial System implemented the fifth and last cycle for this year within the module for professional associates about the evidences on marital disputes. 

Main objective of this training was that after this training the participants will be able to:
•  Understand how is developed the evidences procedure and which evidences are to be considered during the civil procedure;
•  Explain the efficient flow of the marital procedure by divorce according to the Family Law of Kosovo; 
•  Know the manner of the initiation of the procedure before the competent court on dissolving the marriage by divorce, joint property and child trust; 
•  Identity the preliminary procedure (reconciliation) e and conclusion of the procedure; 
•  Demonstrate skills in drafting decisions after the conclusion of the procedure.

During this training were treated topics such as: legal basis relating to the evidences of the contested procedure and the procedure of the marital dispute and practical examples related to the main rules of the Family Law of Kosovo relating to the marital dissolved by divorce, joint property of spouses and child trust.
Beneficiaries of this training were professional associates from courts and prosecution offices of Kosovo.
