On 10-11 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training session under the submodule: “ECHR”.
Topics to be covered during this training are: Article 4 of the Protocol 7 of the European Con Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the principle “Ne bis idem” And the practice of the ECHR judicial principle in Strasburg, Article 5 par. 1 of ECHR – presumption in favor of liberty.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
