On 12 February 2020, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), will be developed two training session under the submodule: “Procedure according to legal remedies”.
Topics to be covered during this training are: extraordinary legal remedies, the request for reviewing the criminal procedure, the request for mitigating the sentence and the request for protection of legality.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
