February 12 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting training session from the sub-module on “Special procedures according to CPCK”.
Topics that are being elaborated are: detention, detention for persons with mental disorders, purpose and imposing measures of mandatory treatment that are imposed to juveniles, imposing the measure for mandatory rehabilitation, and supervisions of the mandatory rehabilitation by the court.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2029-2020.
