March 2 and 3 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the sub-module on “Search and Confiscation”.
Topics to be elaborated are: provisions of the CPCK, confiscating objects according to CPCK, and Law on Extended powers of Confiscation.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
