On 05 and 06 March 2020, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), two (2) training sessions are being held under: submodule: “Initial and second hearing and the main trial”.
Topics to be addressed are: Plea bargaining, plea bargaining and sentencing, scheduling a hearing to establish the relevant facts about the sentence and obtaining, promulgating, drafting and delivering the judgment.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
