March 12-13 2020, the Initial Training program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions on the sub-module on: “Initial hearing, second hearing and the main trial”.
Topics covered in this training are: Judicial hearing, preconditions for holding the judicial hearing, cease and time for completion of the judicial hearing, minutes of the hearing, and initiation of the judicial hearing and statement of the defendant.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
