July 6-7 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), conducted two training sessions through the online platform Zoom, under the sub-module on “Investigation of cross-border crimes”, with trainer Mr. Agron Uka, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Gjilan.
Topics that are being covered in this sub-module are the following: mandatory review of the investigation file, factor that impact on occurrence of the cross-border crimes, crisis and economic depressions and social-political circumstances, as well as public information instruments.
The training is being followed by examples from the judicial practice and discussions between the trainer and the newly appointed prosecutor.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
