On May 7 and 8, 2013 KJI conducted the next training session on the topic “Novelties of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Kosovo”.
During these training besides the novelties of the CCPK, the problems and difficulties faced during its implementation in practice were presented the recommendations as well and comments of the working group committed to identify the novelties and problems in the application of this Code in practice, where various explanations were given for many articles of the CCPK.
Participants in the training had the opportunity to share their dilemmas about the relevant provisions and also to receive additional clarification regarding the manners of implementation.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors from the General Department for serious crimes and juvenile department of the courts and prosecution offices.
