October 7 2020, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the United Kingdom Justice System Support Project implemented by Axiom International Ltd. Is conducting the two-days training related to “Practical case analysis and trial advocacy”.
Purposes of this training are manifold to include the following aspects: enable course members to apply advocacy skills in relation to the presentation of straightforward trials in the criminal courts; have efficient approach for case analysis; Identify the differences between an opening and a closing statement; Demonstrate a range of questioning techniques during direct examination and cross-examination; Teach junior prosecutors effectively to structure and present straightforward criminal trials.
Training is being conducted in a combined method of participant’s presence in the room and with online link with three international trainers.
Beneficiaries of this training are mainly prosecutors and judges of basic instance from different regions of Kosovo.
