On October 15, 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting training on "Minor offenses according to the request of inspectors."
The trainer engaged in this training is: Mrs. Biljana Rexhiq - Judge at the Court of Appeals of Kosovo.
The purpose of this training is for the participants to advance their knowledge regarding the Minor Offenses Procedure as well as the correct application of the appropriate legal provisions.
The training methodology is based on interactive discussions, elaborating on various cases from court practice.
Beneficiaries in this training are: Judges of Basic Courts - Division for Minor Offenses, prosecutor and professional associate from all regions.
