On May 16, 2013, KJI conducted a roundtable discussion regarding the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The roundtable was organized for judges and prosecutors in order to have the opportunity to get acquainted with the comments and recommendations of the working group committed to identify the novelties and problems regarding the application of CCPK, in order for them to implement properly its provisions. Participants in this training welcomed the explanations and comments of the working group and they raised issues as well for discussion regarding the problems they encounter in the practical application of CCPK and received additional information from experts who were also part of the working group.
Beneficiaries of this roundtable were judges of the basic courts as well as prosecutors of the basic prosecution offices from all regions of Kosovo.
