March 30 2021, Executive Director of the Kosovo Justice Academy, Mr. Enver Fejzullahu welcomed the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Kosovo Mrs. Carin Lobbezoo and Mrs. Venera Ramaj, Senior Rule of Law Officer.
Purpose of this meeting was discussion on the actual and future opportunities of cooperation between the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Kosovo and the Justice Academy.
At this meeting, the Executive Director briefed the Ambassador Lobbezoo related to the activities of JA planned for the 2021, its challenges, risks and general issues related to the functioning of the Academy. On the other hand, the Ambassador Lobbezoo, also expressed the support and willingness to cooperate with the Justice Academy, in strengthening the professional capacities of prosecutors and judges.
In this occasion, Ambassador Lobbezoo brought several samples of the Manual “Establishing the practice: Application of the jurisprudence of the Strasbourg Court in national level”, implemented by the European Center with the support of the Kingdom of Netherlands.
This meeting concluded with the JA Executive Director expressing gratitude to the Ambassador Lobbezoo for the cooperation and continuous support for the justice system in Kosovo.
