April 15 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training through the Zoom platform on the following topic “Crimes against official duty”.
Trainers for this activity are Mr. Agim Maliqi – judge at the Supreme Court, and Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, prosecutor in the Chief State Prosecutor’s Office.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge about prevention of corruption in crimes against official duty as a main element of every comprehensive anti-corruption strategy. The training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions followed with presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court and Basic Courts, and prosecutors of Basic Prosecution Offices from all regions of Kosovo
