April 16 2021, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for newly appointed judges – generation eight, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Family Law, with Trainer Mr. Valon Totaj, judge at the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Adoption and its types, organized family placement, custody, ways of exercising custody and custody for special cases, and for minors.
Training methodology is implementing practical cases and interactive discussions.
The training is being held online through the Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, including two of the Serbian community.
