On April 20, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Law on Obligations" with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
From this training session are being addressed: Damage compensation and types of damage compensation, the notion and purpose of compensation for damage, the capacitance of the material damage, compensation of immaterial damage, cash compensation for the legal entity, inheritance and assignment of claim for immaterial damage.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases and examples from court practice including interactive discussion among the participants.
After the decision to release the measures, the training is being carried out physically in the Academy, respecting the protocol and the decision on preventive measures, including online, and the "ZOOM" platform.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
